I recommend taking protein around 20-30 minutes after your workout :) I’ve never tried a protein shake but protein bars are great to get in some extra protein! and yes protein powder can be used in oatmeal (I’ve never tried that either sorry!!). But you can still get lots of protein from eggs, greek yoghurt, beans, etc etc, don’t limit yourself! x
